Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ieltsmode.com and any related apps (the "Service"), operated by IELTSMODE ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Description of the Service
IELTSMODE offers IELTS exam preparation: full-length mock tests for Reading, Writing, Listening, and Speaking under real exam timing, AI-generated scoring and feedback, a vocabulary practice module, and progress tracking. Features, content, and pricing may change as the Service evolves.
Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate information when registering (directly or via Google Sign-In) and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
- One account is for one individual learner; sharing an account or reselling access is not permitted.
- The Service is intended for users old enough to prepare for the IELTS exam and is not directed at children under 13.
Subscriptions & payments
IELTSMODE Pro is a paid subscription (monthly or quarterly, as shown on the payment page). Payments are currently verified manually: you send your bank transfer receipt and the email on your IELTSMODE account through our support Telegram, and we activate your plan once the payment is confirmed — typically within 5–10 minutes during 09:00–22:00 (Tashkent time).
- Prices are shown in UZS and may change; promotional pricing is time-limited as stated on the payment page.
- Subscriptions do not renew automatically — access ends when your paid period ends unless you pay again.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; contact support if a payment was made in error or a plan was not activated as expected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute test content, questions, or AI feedback for commercial purposes.
- Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content through Writing or Speaking submissions.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Use another person's account or misrepresent your identity.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI scoring disclaimer
Band scores and feedback generated by IELTSMODE are produced by automated systems calibrated against public IELTS Band Descriptors and are intended as study aids to estimate your level. They are not an official IELTS score, are not issued or endorsed by IDP, British Council, or Cambridge Assessment English, and should not be relied upon as a guarantee of your result on the actual exam.
Intellectual property
All test materials, software, design, branding, and content on the Service (excluding content you submit) are owned by IELTSMODE or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them only for your personal exam preparation, not for redistribution or commercial use.
Your content
You retain ownership of the essays, recordings, and other content you submit for practice ("Your Content"). By submitting it, you grant IELTSMODE a limited license to store, process, and analyze Your Content solely to provide scoring, feedback, and progress tracking, and to improve the accuracy of our AI systems.
Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or any specific exam outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTSMODE and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on AI-generated scores or feedback.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uzbekistan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
